I was in North Miami visiting friends in the area and really wanted to go to a restaurant along the intercostal; I came across Rouge Waterfront Dining and am SO happy that I did. We dined out on their deck, which has the most magnificent view. The view wasn’t the only great thing about this restaurant, the food was delectable. I had the Chopped Salad and the Smoked Sea Scallops. I am a huge scallop fan and was thrilled at how well they were cooked. The Chef seems to really know what’s cooking because we all left full and very impressed with each of our meal choices. I had a wonderful experience dining there and would definitely dine there again.

A girlfriend of mine invited me to grab cocktails at Rouge Waterfront Dining in North Miami Beach. We both wanted to try something new. The Razz Chocotini was the best cocktail and dessert I have ever had! My friend insisted we have another round so she could order the same cocktail. Not only were the cocktails amazing, but the waterfront view was stunning. We will definitely have to go back for dinner, every dish that passed us smelled amazing.

I make it a priority to check out all of the restaurants and bars featured in local papers in my spare time. I love going out, and exploring the Miami scene. A bunch of my friends were getting together and meeting at Rouge in North Miami Beach for drinks. I looked it up online and came across so many awesome reviews and articles, so I was more than happy to join them. The ambiance of the place from the second we walked in, insured me that I was in for a good time. We ordered some cocktails and the bartenders were great. We were having such a good time that we even ordered some appetizers. We had the East and West Coast Baked Clams and they were delicious. I also ordered the Baked Brie and cannot stop craving its sweet taste! I can’t wait to go back here.

The Rouge was extremely attentive and assisted all of my needs when I told them exactly what I wanted. I was already stressed out with everything else going on, so the Rouge was very comforting in making sure that everything went according to plan. I was so nervous that something would go wrong, but the night was a huge success! Every one of my guests made it a point to comment on my wonderful restaurant choice- I didn’t hear one person say they didn’t enjoy their dinner, drinks, or dessert. I had an unending list of restaurants that I could have chosen, but I can’t imagine anywhere else doing such a great job! The decorations, the drinks, the food, and the atmosphere- everything was perfect! Thanks for making the night so special!!

I went with a group of friends to dinner at Rouge last night. The atmosphere was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We hung out on the deck overlooking the Intracoastal and ordered dinner and drinks. As foodies who love going out to eat, we were impressed that the service was so great, and the waiters treated us like regulars! If you are ever in the North Miami Beach area you must stop by Rouge!

I recently went to Rouge for my mom’s birthday brunch. The berry mojito on top of the waterfront dining made me feel like I was on vacation and it was a definite treat. I don’t live in the area, but it was a brunch well worth the drive. Keep it up!

I went to Rouge in North Miami Beach with three friends this past weekend. With gorgeous views of the intracoastal and constant attention from the servers, we had an all-around great experience and will definitely be returning. If you like seafood, I recommend starting with their Blue Point Oysters. For my main course, I ordered the Blackened Grouper and it was cooked to perfection. Both dishes were fresh and delicious. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend you give Rouge a try!
