Bellini Italian Bistro

I want to make a complain about Bellini Italian Bistro Restaurant at 510 Ocean Drive
Miami Beach, FL .
I had dinner with my whole family (6 adults) on December 20th 2012.
I had the worst experience of my life!
At first, they show us the menu at the door and invited us to stay. The menu had all type of price about a regular restaurant price range. The waiter recommended a steak plate that would serve all of us, but he didn't say the cost of it. we accept, once we had check the menu before...
At the end of the dinner he brought us the bill with the total of US$ 889.00, the steak plate that the waiter recommended was US$ 500.00.
My husband asked for the menu to check the price of the plate, but the waiter got very nervous with us, telling us that it wasn't on the menu and if we reject to pay, he was going to call the police, yelling!!!
I have never felt so insulted before as I was in this restaurant.
We call the manager and the same thing happened, the manager said that didn't have that plate and price on the menu!!! It was a special dish... of course with that price!!!
It was very traumatizing and we ended up paying the bill without the tips, because the waiter insulted us.
This prove that in this restaurant the costumer never has the rights to choose and complain about anything!!!!!
I live here in the USA and my family had just got in Miami to visit me, I felt so embarrassed and I felt abused!!! I want everybody to know about my horrible experience, tell your friends and to anybody that is planning on going to this terrible restaurant.
