Publix will host Top Chef Season 5 ‘Fan Favorite’ Chef Fabio Viviani at its Plantation Promenade location for a cookbook signing and olive oil tasting on Thursday, Feb. 23. The always-entertaining Chef Viviani, brand ambassador for Bertolli Olive Oil, will inspire attendees to discover where flavor comes from as he samples the diverse line of premium olive oils. Copies of Café Firenze Cookbook will be available for purchase (first come, first served).
